The Numerical Discourses Of The Buddha - The Numerical Discourses  contains a full translation of the Anguttara Nikaya. The Anguttara arranges the Buddha's discourses in accordance with a numerical scheme intended to promote retention and easy comprehension. In an age when writing was still in its infancy, this proved to be the most effective way to ensure that the disciples could grasp and replicate the structure of a teaching.

සසර ගමනේ කෙළවර - මෙම කුඩා ග්‍රන්ථයෙන් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන්නේ බුදු රජාණන් වහන්සේගේ අවසාන අවවාද වූ 'අප්පමාදේන සම්පාදේත' යන ගාථා පාඨය අනුව අප ලබා ඇති උතුම් මනුෂ්‍ය භාවය අවසන් වන්නට කලින් අප ලබා ඇති ඒ අමා මහ නිවන අවබෝධ කර ගැනීමෙන් මෙතෙක් කල් අප මේ ගත කළ දුක් සහිත භයානක සසර ගමන නවතා දැමීම සඳහා කරුණු ඉතා සරළ අන්දමට පැහැදිලි කර දීමට ය. 

රූප, රූප උපාදානය සහ සත්ත්ව, පුද්ගල අස්මිමානය - පූජ්‍ය මොරටුවේ ගුණරතන ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේ 1967 වර්ෂයේ දී ශ්‍රී ලංකා විද්‍යොදය  විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයෙන් ශාස්ත්‍රවේ දී උපාධිය ලබා ධර්‍ම ග්‍රන්ථ රැසක් රචනා කළ ඇති අතර මෙම 'රූප, රූප උපාදානය සහ සත්ත්ව, පුද්ගල අස්මිමානය' උන් වහන්සේගේ ග්‍රන්ථය එක් අනර්ග නිර්මාණයකි.

මන සනසන නිවන මන වනසන නිවන - මෙම ග්‍රන්ථයෙහි සම්පාදක ගරු පුවක්පිටිගම සීලානන්ද ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේ දහම් පොත පත නිතර කියවමින් තම ධර්මාවබෝධය පුළුල් කර ගන්නා ගමන් ම පාඨක ජනතාවට ද එම දැනුම ලබා දී මේ අරමුණින් මෙම ග්‍රන්ථය රචනා කොට ඇත. 

තෘෂ්ණාව, උපාදානය සහ නිවන - බෞද්ධයන් හට යහපත් දිවි පෙවෙතක් ගත කිරීම සඳහා අනුගමනය කළ යුතු ධර්ම කරුණු, එම කරුණු අනුමනය මඟින් උතුම් වූ නිවන් මඟ ට පැමිණීමට මඟ පෙන්වීමක් මෙම කෘතියෙන් සැපයේ. 

ලිහිල් බසින් අභිධර්මය - අභිධර්මය පිළිබඳ ප්‍රවීණ දේශක හා ලේඛක සී. කොඩිකාරආරච්චි මහතාගේ "ලිහිල් බසින් අභිධර්මය" නම් වූ මෙම ග්‍රන්ථය අභිධර්මය හැදෑරීමට කැමති ප්‍රවීණනයට මෙන් ම හුදී ජනයන්ට ද මහත් පිටුබලක් සපයනු ඇත.

අභිධර්ම අධ්‍යයන - “මෙම ග්‍රන්ථයෙහි අන්තර්ගත වන්නේ හීනයාන සහ මහායාන අභිධර්‍ම සම්ප්‍රදාය පිළිබඳව කරන ලද ශාස්ත්‍රීය අධ්‍යනය කිහිපයකි. මෙම සංග්‍රය ප්‍රකාශයට පත්කිරමේ මූලික පරමාර්ථය වනුයේ සිංහල භාෂා මාධ්‍යය තුළින් ධර්‍මය පිළිබඳ උසස් අධ්‍යාපනයක් ලබනු කැමති විද්‍යාර්ථීන්හට ඒ සඳහා ඉතා අල්පමාත්‍ර වූ මග පෙන්වීමක් ලබා දීමයි.”

නිර්වාණය සහ සදාචාරය - 'මෙම ග්‍රන්ථය ශාස්ත්‍රවේ දී විශේෂ උපාධි පරීක්ෂණ සඳහා පේරාදෙණිය විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලද නිබන්ධනයෙහි සංශෝධිත සංස්කරණයකි. නිර්වාණ පරමාර්ථයෙහි ඇති සදාචාරාත්මක අගය හුවා දක්වන මෙම නිබන්ධනයෙන් වැදගත් වූ ද කාලෝචිත වූ ද කාර්යයක් ඉටු කෙරේ.'

අබිදහම ලිහිල් හෙළ බසින් - ඉතාමත් ගැඹුරු විෂයක් වූ අභිධර්මය ලිහිල් බසින් වැටහෙන පරිදි ලිවීමේ අරමුණින් යුතු ව කතෘ සඳසිරි එම්. ලියනගේ මහතා මෙම කෘතිය සම්පාදනය කර ඇත. මෙම ග්‍රන්ථය පරිශීලනයේ දී එතුමා ගේ අරමුණ මැනවින් සඵල වී ඇති බව පැහැදිලි වේ. අභිධර්ම විෂය හදාරන ආධුනිකයන්ට මෙය වඩාත් සුදුසු වන අතර ග්‍රන්ථය රචනා කිරීමේ දී මහාචාර්ය අතිපූජ්‍ය රේරුකානේ චන්ද්‍රවිමල මහා නායක හාමුදුරුවන් වහන්සේගේත්, පණ්ඩිත අතිපූජ්‍ය මාතර ශ්‍රී ධර්මවංශ හාමුදුරුවන් වහන්සේත් විසින් රචනා කොට ඇති ග්‍රන්ථ ද පරිශීලනය කර ඇත.

නිරීක්‍ෂණයට හසුකර ගත යුතු පටිච්චසමුප්පාදය - හේතුඵල වාදය සහ පටිච්චසමුප්පාදය පිළිබඳ ශාස්ත්‍රීය විග්‍රයක් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම නොව ධර්මය අවබෝධ කර ගැනීම සඳහා උත්සහ කරන කෙනෙකුට අදාල වන ප්‍රායෝගික ධර්ම මාර්ගය වෙත යොමු වීමට හේතු වන කත්තුකාම්‍යතා ඥානය (කළ යුතු යැයි හැඟෙන ඥානය) ඇති කර ගැනීමට ප්‍රයෝජනවත් වේ යැයි හැගෙන ආකාරයට කරුණු ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම මෙම පොත ලිවීමේ අරමුණ බව මෙම පොත ආරම්භයේ දී සඳහන් කෙරේ.

ඍද්ධි පාද සහ පාරමිතා - ඍද්ධිපාද වඩා ගැනීමට උපකාරී විය හැකි ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වය පිළිබඳ ව කරුණු පාඨකයාට ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමේ අරමුණින් මෙම ග්‍රන්ථය ආර්ය කීර්ති කුමාරසේන මහතා විසින් රචනා කොට ඇත.

අභිධම්මත්ථසංගහො - අභිධර්ම පිටකයේ එන කරුණු සංක්ෂිප්තව පරිච්ඡේද නවයක් ඔස්සේ සංග්‍රහ කර ඇති අභිධම්මත්ථසංගහ ග්‍රන්ථය ආධුනිකයන්ට අධ්‍යයනයේ පහසුව සලසන ග්‍රන්ථයක් සේ ම ප්‍රවීණයනට අත් පොතක් වශයෙන් ද මහෝපකාරී වේ.
